We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Build Administrator to join our team within Vistry Northern Home Counties, at our site in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. As our Site Build Administrator you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the developments.

More about the Site Build Administrator role…
- Collate site weekly notes and type up and distribute accordingly
- Assist in taking minutes for project review meetings
- Collate all delivery tickets from sites into prepaid envelopes and post to the office
- Produce letters, reports, memos as required using Microsoft Office packages
- Complete audits on inspection reports, photograph completed work and collate to send to the relevant ha (fire safety, electrical assessments)
- Provide support to all site personnel to ensure the smooth running of the developments
- Order PPE, workwear, and stationery items
- Arrange and support meetings and events
- Assist the sites Project Manager when required
- Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system
- Assist with the collating of paperwork for handovers. Including uploading to viewpoint and scanning documentation to the office
- Chase paperwork outstanding and upload and then file once received
