About the role This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic publishing team working with Oxford's world-class library collections, nested in the historic heart of the University. Bodleian Library Publishing is a recognized leader in cultural publishing, bringing Oxford's rich library collections to readers worldwide with a diverse, innovative list of illustrated and non-illustrated trade titles. This post has primary responsibility for raising and receipting Purchase Orders on Oracle Financials, generating financial reports and royalty statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a permanent part-time, onsite post, working 14.6 hours per week About You You will have strong financial administrative experience, a high level of numeracy and attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with or a desire to learn and regularly use Oracle Financials is also essential.
