Are you looking for an exciting new role in a high performing and supportive team? Perhaps you are ready for your next challenge ? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Band 3 Administrator to join the Care Home Support Team (CHST). The post holder will be a key member of the Care Home Support Team , which provides training and education to care homes across Berkshire West, as well as advice and guidance on the management of individual resident health needs . The CHST includes a Pharmacist, Registered General Nurses, Registered Mental Health Nurses and Therapists. Based in Reading you will be a team player within providing administrative support to the multidisciplinary team and expected to work collaboratively with staff from all disciplines whilst maintaining high professional standards . In addition, you will be working closely with the Postural Management Team administrator in the review and streamlining of processes and procedures across the service. The post holder will be required to work Monday to Friday . The role is based at Cremyll Road, Reading with some remote working options available following induction. Provide dedicated administrative support to the Care Home Support Team including minute taking. The postholder is expected to liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations and the public, dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner Ensure all office systems are maintained to a high standard, both electronic and hard copy, across the service, developing systems to ensure that services run smoothly through having well planned and organised administrative systems and processes in place.
