Job Responsibility:
Location: UK, Remote
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per year

As Twinkl continues to evolve and expand its reach in the education sector in Hong Kong, we are seeking a dedicated Manager to play a pivotal role in positioning us as the leading education resource provider in Hong Kong.
We're looking for a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of education and a keen eye for market needs. You'll be well-connected in Hong Kong's education sector, passionate about supporting educators, and adept at leading teams. Mastery in marketing and social media is essential for increasing our brand presence, while your entrepreneurial mindset and educational expertise will drive strategic product development.
This role demands quick thinking and strategic planning to navigate the evolving education landscape effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Leadership and Market Understanding:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the education landscape and the evolving needs of educators and learners in Hong Kong.
- Forge strong relationships with decision-makers and educators across Hong Kong, positioning Twinkl as the go-to resource provider.
- Develop segment-specific strategies that align with Twinkl's overarching goals, leveraging insights into market needs and trends.
Product development:
- Lead the development and improvement of resources designed for educators in Hong Kong, especially in Early Years and Primary settings.
- Lead a team, motivating them to excel and encouraging innovation and teamwork.
- Use your entrepreneurial mindset to find new opportunities, lead important projects, and drive Twinkl's growth forward.
Marketing and Brand Awareness:
- Use your expertise in marketing and social media to boost Twinkl's brand awareness and connect with our target audience effectively.
- Build relationships with local organisations and influencers to broaden our brand's reach and credibility in the market.
- Strategically highlight Twinkl's products to align with educators' needs.
- Analyse marketing data to assess campaign success and refine strategies as needed.
Business Growth and Performance:
- Achieve revenue targets, new customer acquisition goals, and other key performance indicators.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
- Provide regular reporting on market performance and progress towards business objectives.

Requirements
To success in this role, you will have a combination of the following:
- Thorough knowledge of Hong Kong's education market and teacher needs.
- Minimum 3 years experience teaching in Hong Kong.
- Excellent written and verbal Chinese skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to seize opportunities.
- Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and risk-taking ability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Highly organised with a focus on execution and results.
- Mastery in marketing and social media, with a focus on increasing brand engagement and driving user acquisition.
