```Job Overview:```

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OISC REGISTERED Immigrtion Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, as well as handling various immigration legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about the law and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for clients.

```Duties:```

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

- Complete Applications working toward deadlines

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Advise Clients on merits of their case

- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations in Immigration LAW

```Requirements:```

- OISC LEVEL 1 or Level 2 Accreditation

- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

- Proven experience as a practicing immigration Lawyer

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
