We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service / Digital Support apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent school or college leaver who has an enthusiasm and keen interest in starting a career within Customer Service. As part of your role you will be, call handling, utilising a CRM, creating customer accounts, raising tickets, ensuring notes are taken. The company specialise in hosting/cloud solutions, internet and telecommunication support, web hosting and internet connectivity based in Kettering.

8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday

What will the apprentice be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
- Call handling.
- Directing calls and placing orders on internal systems.
- Utilising a CRM, creating customer accounts, raising tickets, ensuring notes are taken.
- Handling a Live Chat service, providing customer service as necessary.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
- Any other administrative duties.
- Assisting in the provision of hardware, shipping, and preparing for dispatch.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be computer literate. You must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word, be able to follow customer briefs and instructions, be able to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure and as part of a small, hands-on team. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.
