Salary £28,574 per annum Location Oldham, Chambers Business Centre This is a permanent, full time vacancy that will close in 12 days at 23:59 BST. The vacancy
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am – 5.00pm, 7 hours per day
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor (Repairs) to join our team here at Housing 21.
Within the role you will provide an effective, efficient and responsive customer service to tenants and staff in Oldham PFI.
The successful candidate will be receiving and dealing with repair reports and carrying out associated tasks in delivering a high quality repairs service.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
- Experience working in a front line customer interface environment
- Experience working in a property services, repairs related field or social housing
- Experience in the use of Word, Excel and email applications
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent through training and / or experience
- Experience diagnosing issues and managing them through to resolution (desirable)
- Knowledge of repairs reporting software e.g. Propellor, PIMSS or Civica) (desirable)
- Experience raising orders and processing invoices (desirable)
- Experience working with customers with communication and/or cognitive impairment such as dementia (desirable)
