The Role

The Central & Facilities Administrator will provide reception duties, administration for the organisation as well as supporting the Office and Facilities Manager with health and safety and facilities duties.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience of working in a customer facing environment.

To confidentially welcome visitors, answer incoming calls (as required) respond to emails, book meeting rooms, undertake postal duties and administration support.

The ability to support the Office and Facilities manager with facilities and health and safety tasks.

Administration skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook and confident use of the internet to find out information.

IT support including maintaining asset management register, distribution of IT equipment, maintenance of printers and support with printing.

The ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

The ability to use initiative and to work in a proactive manner.

The ability to deal with emails and covering of phone calls that may be distressing to read.

Understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing mental health difficulties.

Dealing with confidential information in an administrative setting, in line with data protection

To ensure that information is dealt with in accordance with Leeds Minds policies and steps are taken to ensure that that confidential information is secure e.g. service user data.

Organisation

· Participate in 1:1s, performance and development, including Leeds Mind compulsory training programme.

· Attend and participate in service/team meetings.

· Work within the framework of Leeds Mind's policies and procedures

· Promote the values, behaviours and ethos of Leeds Mind.

· Respond and report on safeguarding concerns in line with the Leeds Mind safeguarding policy and procedure.

· Undertake any other reasonable duties as and when required. Living our core values every day.

Hours - 30 (Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm)

As part of the interview there will be an Excel test and a prioritisation skills test.
