Job Description :

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nursery Manager to oversee the operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery- Develop and implement educational programs for children- Supervise nursery staff and provide guidance and support- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children- Drive continuous improvement in nursery services- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Leadership abilities to manage a team effectively- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal- Ability to drive initiatives and foster a positive learning environment- Experience working with children is preferred
