Golf2Golf is a small business in Womens Golf industry in Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7DL. We are professional, agile and professional focussing on women golf clothing & accessories through creation of our own brands & distribution.

Job RoleThe key purpose of this role is to support the Sales Development, Warehouse & Customer Service Director. It is key that you are able to act without guidance but equally able to take instruction.

This role is responsible for managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) for the Director, ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables. Keeping ahead of general business objectives, policies, standards, services and procedures in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organised with demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility.

The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and meet deadlines. The candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organising logistics.

Key to the position is the ability to keep the Director prioritised while serving as a “go to” for all areas and departments.

This candidate will support the Director in maintaining excellent rapport with internal providers and other departments. Nurturing and building existing relationships with suppliers and providers alike.

No day will be the same: we are a small family run business operating at a fast pace.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 37.5 per week
