Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in various settings, including care homes and home care environments.

Duties:- Develop and implement individualised care plans for service users- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting- Support service users with mobility and physical activities- Administer medication as prescribed- Maintain accurate records of care provided- Engage in meaningful activities with service users to promote well-being- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications:- Proficient in English, both written and verbal- Experience working in a care home or home care setting is advantageous- Ability to create and follow care plans effectively- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes- Valid driving licence for transportation purposes
