Job Responsibility:

Role Summary Perform management and administration of the Procurement - Vendor and Contracts activities for Corporate and Regional business. Perform demand - supply evaluations and recommendations and manage tender and FPA implementation on global and area level. Ensure that the Company's Global Supply Chain Procurement goals and objectives are fully understood and monitored, together with Enterprise Resources Support (ERP). Perform corporate purchasing activities and buyer training. Implement company ESG schemes for suppliers. Responsibilities
  • Vendor Master data management and maintenance to ensure consistent quality and cost-effective purchasing is supported.
  • Involved heavily and closely with suppliers to make purchasing decisions and maintaining good relationships with suppliers to achieve company best interests.
  • Responsible working with Buyers and Supply Chain Managers throughout the process of evaluating service and material demands versus suppliers, managing suppliers' agreements and managing supplier contracts.
  • Manage RFP's required to establish Global Fixed Price agreement by commodities to support field Supply Chain including RFP's preparation, Release, evaluation, and award recommendations.
  • Provide data input for supplier contracts and implementation review supporting purchasing strategies to improve quality and assist to reduce supply chain cost.
  • Support implementation of strategies that support the company with competitive advantages in the areas of Suppliers and procurement.
  • Design, implement and analyse all required reports for the Supply Chain KPIs for performance monitoring.
  • Prepare analytical, customised and general reports related to procurement performance for Management to use as reference for relevant strategic decision-making.
  • Present cost-benefit analysis of purchased materials and services.
  • Implement and monitor audit activities to ensure compliance to SOX and P2P and ESG Company standards and Regulatory Controls are in place and monitored.
  • Process information required on supplier's registration process and ERP system administration.
  • Participates in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and administration of commercial and Supply Chain contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Magnify the benefits of centrally negotiated contracts through maintaining a centralised procurement database.
  • Assist with providing data supporting forecasting and tracking future and global procurement demands.
  • Monitor and advise management on procurement and sourcing best practices are executed by the regions and that cost, efficiency savings etc. are captured for all commercial negotiations executed and maintained in company savings platform.
  • Performs buyer training and provides guidance.
  • Promote and maintain an effective working relationship and communication with the team and other departments.
  • Ensure all support documentation is created and filled as per Company policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned by Line Supervisor/Line Manager (as appropriate) for which person are deemed competent.
Qualifications and Experience
  • BSc/BA in Supply Chain or relevant field
  • Proven experience in materials management
  • International Supply Chain experience
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management and stock control
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain functions - i.e. procurement and costing
  • Strong command of using ERP systems and full understanding of the data flow lines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Be approachable and maintain open and transparent communication within team, internal and external stakeholders and management team
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner both on and off the job to include confidentiality of Company and Client business
