Due to expansion, we are seeking two Despatch and Stores Operatives to receive, handle and despatch goods and products coming into, and going out of the FermionX factories (Worthing and Goring), ensuring operations are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

We are looking for a team player who is driven, solutions focused and able to work to their own initiative

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all warehouse work across both sites, packing and despatch
• Loading and unloading materials using the forklift
• Goods inwards/outwards processing
• Making deliveries and collections in the work van
• Moving stock, kits and assemblies across both factories
• Checking in free issue kits/parts
• Assist with kitting and stock control
• Any other reasonable duties as required by Operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Computer literate
• Full driving licence is a must
• Counterbalance forklift licence (refreshers can be booked)
• Import / Export knowledge is advantageous
• Experience with CRM/ERP system is advantageous
• 7.5T licence is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,500.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Worthing: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
