Job Description :

About us

We are passionate about film photography and bringing the film photography community together.

Do you have an eye for detail and a love for fast-paced environments? Are you seeking a workplace that is enjoyable and inclusive? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Company

Analogue Wonderland is a family-run and independent UK online retailer specialising in photographic film. We have pulled together a wide range of films, developing chemicals, cameras and more - alongside an in-house processing lab - with the goal of making film photography fun and accessible for everyone.

The Role

Our reputation has been built on a friendly and fun approach to film photography, coupled with excellent customer service - so we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Fulfilment Manager to help us to continue to deliver on that promise. You will have a professional attitude and love multi-tasking - working closely with the fulfilment team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing, inventory management, and delivery. You will have the opportunity to be actively ‘hands on' within the fulfilment operation, coordinating the team and ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained throughout every process.

Our fulfilment warehouse isn't like other warehouses. We have carpet and AC. Please note that photographic film is small and delicate so the work is NOT physically strenuous! This is not a stereotypical "warehouse" environment; the stock and orders are small and light and must be packed with care and precision.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead, support and develop a small Fulfilment team to perform to the best of their abilities and to the highest quality standards.
  • Deliver and maintain an accurate and timely customer dispatch service with minimal customer issues/complaints.
  • Maintain and develop highly efficient processes to accurately receive/check, store and record inventory deliveries.
  • Managing and negotiating key supplier relationships with Royal Mail, couriers and packaging suppliers.
  • Work alongside the team, as required, to dispatch customer orders in line with our communicated turnaround times.
  • Engage with walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner, resolving any questions, and facilitating a smooth ordering process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to rigorous H&S requirements.

Applicant must have:

  • Previous warehouse/fulfilment management or supervisor experience
  • Computer literacy - experience in Excel (and ideally Shopify)
  • GCSE pass in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Excellent leadership skills whilst being a team player
  • Attention to detail and a drive for high-quality
  • Flexible, problem-solving attitude

If this sounds like your dream role, upload your CV and a cover letter explaining why you're the ideal fit for our fulfilment manager position.

We're actively seeking and welcome applicants from all backgrounds so please so do not hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions
