Job Description :

Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous Logistic Coordinator to join our team in coordinating and overseeing the transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:- Organise and ensure smooth operation of warehouse activity

– Manage document flow between the UK and parent company in EU

– Coordinate goods reception & dispatch

– Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for efficient operations

– Ensure and supervise the loading/stacking/unloading of goods in the warehouse

– Respond to and strictly respect the itinerary, the delivery term and the unloading times established together with his / her manager

– Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams

– For an initial period only – ensure delivery via flat bed van to company clients

Requirements:- Romanian language – strongly recommended

– Drivers licence

– Reliability, problem-solving skills, time management, flexibility

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
