Job Responsibility:

FrostBite at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Seasonal Retail Team Leader to be part of our team. If you have great customer service and people skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment, you will love working here. The FrostBite Team leader is responsible for the overall look, feel, and quality of the customer experience in our Beach Side location. Our Team Leaders get to make customers happy (it is ice cream after all!), work with a cool team, and scoop delicious ice cream for kids, friends & families coming from everywhere to experience FrostBite and its Ice Cream.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall customer service
• Motivate and inspire team members to meet customer satisfaction and expectations
• Communicate effectively with all employees
• Problem solve and use good judgment

Have fun at work and ensure that every day you and your team:

• Deliver great service
• Welcome and thank every customer
• Scoop scoops, make bubble waffles and mix shakes with love
• Share what's awesome about Frostbite and our people
• Continually stock ice cream, toppings, and supplies
• Keep the outlet inviting and clean: inside and out, front, and back
• Follow health and safety guidelines with care
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Have great communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
• Have retail or customer service management experience

This role does not come with accommodation, so you will need to be able to commute into work daily.
