We are seeking dedicated and friendly Serving Staff to join our team at The Beehive White Waltham. As a member of our serving staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail

- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns

- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with patience and empathy

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay: £17,500.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
