Responsibilities:

- Bake and Prepare food on daily basis- Follow company recipes and portions accordingly- Maintain a clean and safe working environment- Follow company Heath and Safety guidelines- Follow company Food Safety guidelines- Be able to follow tasks assigned by Head Chef & Sous Chef- Delivery high quality food at all time- Conduct cleaning tasks when required- Daily food orders requests- Good understanding on stock rotation (FIFO)- Comply with company standards and procedures- Have great relationship with your colleagues- Ensuring portion standards and quality- Work towards preparation list and achieve it dead-lines

Requirement:

- Have minimum 2 years of experience in the same role or similar- Work overnight shifts 23:00 to 05:00 AM- Work on weekends & bank holidays- Good English language communication skills- Be able to follow company recipes at the minimum details- Conduct cleaning tasks when required- Good knowledge on Food Safety- Good knowledge on Health and Safety- Ability to work well with others- Be able to work under pressure and time-lines- Have a good approaching and manner- Great baking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
