Job Title: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility- Manage and supervise staff members, including scheduling and assigning tasks- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among staff or customers
Requirements:- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
