We are looking for a Service Centre Team Manager to lead our teams through a period of change as we re-think and re-shape our HR administration processes, and consider how they are delivered to our colleagues and managers. This is a new and exciting opportunity to engage with stakeholders to support all colleagues to engage differently with our processes and how they are delivered. You will be part of the management team for our Service Centre operations with responsibility to join up both local and central teams, developing frictionless end-to-end processes, supported by clear operational procedures and appropriate service level standards you will help to develop. We would be happy to discuss job share or flexible working requirements at interview and are operating with a hybrid approach to place based and campus working. However, during the first six months of the role there will be a requirement to be on campus for most of the week. About you We are looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed with new systems and processes in order to upskill the teams and are change-ready as we roll out the new capability to support our service delivery. We are particuly keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate experience in complex administration processes with the aptitude for managing teams. You will be highly suceesful in this role by engaging with stakeholders to understand how we can meet their needs with a passion for quality results. What happens next?
