Property Maintenance Manager

This job requires flexibility and versatility to help deliver excellent essential services.

We currently have opportunities for professionals with managerial experience in delivering essential property maintenance services, including flooring, joinery, painting and decorating, Airbnb maintenance, gardening and landscaping, and plumbing.

What will the successful Candidate be doing?

· Plan and manage routine inspections of client's property.

· Overseeing routine maintenance tasks, such as fixing roofs, painting walls, or fitting doors and skirting boards.

· Supervising basic repairs and maintenance as well as full contractual jobs.

· Carrying out minor planned and responsive repair works using a broad range of fundamental trade skills, including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, brick and block work, external works, and associated finishing trades, including tiling, painting, and decorating.

· Understanding and managing the quantities of material required for the job and bidding on jobs and processing tenders

· Mentoring and coaching of staff as well as providing training

· Carry out remedial painting and decorating works

· Create a safe working environment by implementing the necessary control measures in line with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.

You have strong Joinery experience: Task includes but not limited to

1. Flooring - fitting of laminate Flooring & vinyl Flooring

2. Doors & locks fitted

3. Window Blinds - on site installation & supply only

4. TV wall mounting for Plasma or LCD TVs on any wall or TV stand

5. Light fittings supplied & fitted

6. Full Kitchen fitting.

You have painting and decorating experience: Task includes but not limited to

1. Interior and exterior painting.

2. Decorating services

3. Wallpapering

4. Plastering and rendering.

You have plumbing experience: Task includes but not limited to

1. Burst Pipes

2. Leaking Taps

3. Toilet Repairs

4. Full bathroom fitting

You have landscaping and gardening experience: Task includes but not limited to

1. Patio Laying

2. Decking

3. Fencing

4. Artificial Grass

5. General Garden Maintenance

Full Driving Licence Required
