Overview:
Transform a vacant property into a stunning Airbnb rental in June. The property is ideal for the Birkdale golf tournament crowd and high end week-long family visitors to the Southport area.
You will have design flair as well as being great at project managing a property makeover.
You will be responsible for project managing all aspects of the property's rapid transformation.
The property is in good condition but is empty except for a few bits of furniture from storage.
It is big (6 bedrooms), has fantastic architectural modern features, a big light modern kitchen, a great - but unloved - garden, it's own private driveway, large garage and parking area, in its own woodland setting.
Over a 2-3 week period, you will take the lead on behalf of the owner in doing everything needed to get the property fully furnished, looking stunning and worthy of great Airbnb reviews.
Tasks include:
- come up with a project plan
- source quick turnaround painter for touch up jobs inside and out
- decide how we can make the bathrooms look more up to date without doing a complete overhaul
- arrange for the beds out of storage to be reconstructed
- source furniture
- put up pictures
- equip the kitchen fully using stuff from storage but also bought from shops
- tidy up the outside patio and arrange for spray clean (or do it yourself) and weeding
- add rugs where needed
- fill the bathrooms with what needed
- sort out the garden
- make the beds
- help source a contract cleaning company that will come and do the handover for the rental from one guest to the next
Ideally you can show past examples of work you have done like this for previous clients.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contractContract length: 2 weeks
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
