Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant club. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to achieve club targets.

Responsibilities:- Supervising club staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, outreach, and inventory management.- Organising club events and promotions to drive member engagement and retention.- Utilising retail management skills to oversee merchandise sales within the club.- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette in handling member inquiries and concerns.- Managing a diverse team effectively through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.- Implementing sales management strategies to meet revenue goals.- Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with a diverse membership base.

Requirements:- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.- Excellent communication skills to manage staff and interact with members professionally.- Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals.- Proficiency in sales techniques and target-driven approaches.- A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle among members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£40,060.78 per year
