Job Responsibility:

**Overview:**

Brennan Atkinson is a distributor of end of line products predominantly in the non-food value retail sector. We are a very fast moving and exciting business with 10-20 new offers every day across a wide range of product categories from suppliers mainly across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a Product Research Assistant to join our small and friendly team. The successful candidate will assist in researching new product offers that come in, analysing market prices and trends and matching products to the most likely customers from the existing database as well as identifying potential new customers. It is expected that the candidate will be fluent with AI researching techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for IT but who is also excited about the opportunity of working with product in a fast moving office environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Product research

- Pricing and trend analysis

- Researching new customers

- Help in preparing presentations

- Work closely with the buying team

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in IT, in particular with the use of AI tools for researching

- Strong data analysis skills

- Commercially minded when it comes to product analysis

- Ability to work effectively in a small team

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
