SEEKING A PRINT SHOP ASSISTANT FOR A FAST PACED PRINT COMPANY.

We at Prontaprint Barking, have 35 years in the print business and are currently looking for a bright, individual to join our fast-paced print, design team, who has flare, consistency & a confident work ethic, along with the following personal attributes:

- Works confidently with the full Adobe Creative Suite

- Can use the Microsoft Office suite

- Confident in the use of both Mac & PC operating systems

- Background knowledge of the print industry is a must

- Understands corporate art-working for print

- Has a good telephone & customer-facing manor

- A great communicator & confident in taking instructions

- Works well under pressure

- Is a good team player

- Is good at multi-tasking projects

- Has previous experience of print & finishing

- Is willing to learn new skills & get involved with all types of daily work, alongside their internal design projects

- Has a confidence in designing within team work and as an individual

- Has good time-management skills

- Is able to comfortably commute to Barking (A13), Essex on a daily basis - Is well-organised & has good attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in busy print environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
