You will implement our robust digital marketing strategy, ensuring cross-platform posting and audience engagement. Working to briefs, you will research, prepare, and develop media messaging to maximise audience engagement, capturing the strategy and objectives of our brand and the needs of our audience. Tasks include -
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, original content that aligns with Girl Grind UK's mission and values. This includes articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Campaign Building: Develop and implement comprehensive digital campaigns to promote our initiatives and engage our audience effectively.
  • Impact Tracking: Monitor and analyse the impact, reach, and growth of digital campaigns to ensure effectiveness and optimise strategies.
  • Digital Content Management: Identify, create, manage, and deliver digital content using various techniques across multiple channels, including websites, social media, podcasts, broadcasts, and webinars.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our editorial team, contributors, and external partners to brainstorm ideas, coordinate content creation efforts, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing Implementation: Execute our robust digital marketing strategy, ensuring cross-platform posting and audience engagement.
  • Media Messaging: Research, prepare, and develop media messaging to capture the strategy and objectives of the brand and meet the needs of our audience.
  • Day-to-Day Digital Channel Management: Contribute to the daily management of our digital channels.
  • Short Form Video Creation: Create short form videos (reels) for our social media channels, including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Written Content Creation: Develop written content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, the company website, and email outs.
  • Innovative Digital Content Ideas: Create new and original digital content ideas for media, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Content Program: Plan, produce, and create a program of digital content for all our digital channels to increase engagement with our audiences and stakeholders.
  • Creative Development: Develop creative ideas, suggest innovative ways of delivering digital content, and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other digital platforms. Ensure consistency in branding and design elements.
  • Research and Storytelling: Conduct research to identify relevant topics and trends related to women's empowerment, feminism, diversity, inclusion, and related issues. Tell compelling stories that resonate with our audience and spark meaningful conversations.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our audience on social media and other platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a sense of community and belonging among our followers.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor the performance of our content using analytics tools. Use data insights to optimise content strategy, improve engagement, and drive growth.
  • Audience and Stakeholder Engagement: Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital channels and activities using tools like Google Analytics. Provide feedback to stakeholders and use data to inform future activities.
  • Progress Meetings: Participate in regular progress meetings.
  • Proofreading: Proofread content as required to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Remain current with our policies and procedures.
  • Event Attendance: Attend events, committee meetings, and functions as appropriate.
  • Data Responsibility: Handle data responsibly and professionally, adhering to GGUK's guidelines and policies. Report any concerns or possible breaches to GGUK's Data Compliance Officer.

Training to be provided Content Creator Level 3 Standard Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion. Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training.
