MUST HAVE A LEVEL 2 OR 3 IN CHILDCARE.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. Your role will involve creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

```Duties:```- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences- Supervise and monitor children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being- Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, diapering, and toileting- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues- Observe and assess children's development and progress- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behaviour, and achievements- Collaborate with other staff members to create a stimulating learning environment- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all individuals in the nursery

```Skills:```- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues- Patience and empathy when working with young children- Knowledge of child development theories and practices- Ability to plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual children and the nursery environment
