We have an excellent new role for any aspiring insurance brokers. Hedon Insurance is looking to take on an Insurance Broker Apprentice to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors in the building. You will also get involved in general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franking post
• Banking
• Greeting customers
• Making tea and coffee
• Answering the phone and taking messages
• General administration of client records, taking card /cash payments renewing policies
• Calling customers to advise that their policies are due for renewal
• Ongoing structured training provided for personal lines/commercial lines insurance broking all tasks under supervision until signed off as competent

What we're looking for:

• Enthusiastic personality with a can-do attitude
• Enjoys speaking to customers over the phone and face-to-face
• Likes to work in fast-paced environment
• GCSE minimum C in English and Maths
• Good keyboard skills

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC ( An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
