Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Viewing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers during property viewings and providing excellent customer service. This role requires fluency in English and ideally candidates should have a helpful personality and some knowledge of the housing market / industry.

The successful candidate must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle as you will need to travel between appointments.

Duties:

– Conduct property viewings for potential buyers

– Communicate effectively with clients in English

– Upsell additional services or properties where possible

– Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries promptly

– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

– Maintain phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients

– Analyse customer feedback to improve viewing experiences

Skills:

– Proficiency in English

– Strong communication skills to interact with a multilingual customer base

– Ability to upsell products or services effectively

– Skilful in data entry tasks with attention to detail

– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

We have availability on Saturdays (9am til 3.30pm), Sundays (10am til 3.30 pm) and Mondays (9am til 5pm). If you are avialble for any of these days but not all, we will consider recruiting two new recruits to do a job share if needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
