An opportunity to join a growing, specialist-only, multi-disciplinary practice as a Treatment Coordinator on Harley Street, London.

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and pro-active full-time or part-time (4 days) treatment coordinator* to join our specialist dental practice on Harley Street, London. We would like to hear from individuals who are customer focused, can work independently and are confident working in a progressive and busy environment.

*This role is for maternity cover for a period of 8-12 months with prospect for a permanent position.

You will be the first point of contact for patients exploring treatment options and services, and therefore you must be able to communicate effectively and show a great level of care and compassion, to educate and support new and existing patients.

Working closely with our team of specialists, hygienists and support staff, you will take full responsibility for patient co-ordination, including the management of treatment reports, consent, tracking & reporting, follow-ups, the diary and more.

We are looking for a TCO whom has great clinical knowledge with a nursing background, an excellent phone manner, skilful at IT and administration, have a great command of the english language and are passionate and compassionate with patients.

You will represent our team of 18 clinicians and must be up to the challenge and able to work under pressure in a progressive environment!

Employment Term: Full-Time or Part-Time (Maternity Cover Contract) - Potential for a Permanent Role

Type: Private

Days: Mondays - Fridays

Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pm

Dental Software: Exact (Software of Excellence)

Dentistry: Specialist Referral Practice

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (Negotiable, Dependant on Experience)

Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

Previous TCO experience, ideally with a Dental Nursing background

Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
