Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and have a talent for upselling.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person

- Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor

- Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to upsell and sell products effectively

- Basic maths skills for processing transactions

- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
