Job Description :

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their enquiries and purchases.

Responsibilities:– Sell products and services to customers in a retail environment- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns- Use phone etiquette when answering calls and making outbound calls- Utilise basic maths skills for transactions and inventory management- Upsell products to increase sales revenue- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Skills:– Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell products- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers- Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately- Multilingual abilities are a plus- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £23,856.00 per year
