Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations. You will be required to provide excellent service, ensuring our guests receive a positive and enjoyable experience with us. The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong bar and cellar experience background, being able to upsell and manage promotions.

Duties:- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately- Prepare and serve a variety of alcohol/non alcohol beverages- Ensure bar & cellar areas are clean and tidy at all times- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service practices.- Rotation of stock ensuring no wastage or stock loss- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.- Stay current on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the bar’s reputation.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry, with cellar experience- In-depth knowledge of beverage operations, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
