Job Responsibility:
Join Our Team as a Global Reward Consultant. Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for simplifying complexity and fostering global collaboration? If so, we invite you to apply for our Global Reward Consultant position. This pivotal role will work closely with our Global Rewards and HRIS teams, providing expertise, advice, and coordination across Reward and Workday in multiple regions. What You'll Do: Total Rewards:
- Collaborate with Global Compensation and Local HR Teams to manage Job Levelling, Market Pay Analysis, and Annual Reward Processes.
- Lead and support ad hoc projects to review and enhance reward structures.
- Monitor and recommend improvements for compensation and benefits practices to ensure they are cost-effective and aligned with corporate objectives.
- Reengineer business processes for improved efficiency and quality control.
- Execute annual compensation benchmarking initiatives and analyze results to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Provide guidance on employee compensation programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and stay current with industry trends.
Workday Coordination:
- Be the central contact for Workday coordination across Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
- Provide ad hoc training and advice on Workday business processes.
- Regularly review Workday roles and permissions to ensure GDPR compliance.
- Support local HR with reporting requirements and coordinate with central HRIS on bespoke reports.
- Facilitate feedback between HRIS and local HR to identify and implement business process improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience, with compensation and benefits experience across multiple countries.
- Proficiency in Workday, including Advanced Compensation modules.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a plus.
Your Skills and Abilities:
- Deep understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Strong relationship, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.
- Experience working across multiple time zones and countries.
- Solid foundation in compensation theories and practices.
- Ability to manage projects in a matrixed environment.
