Be our 'go to' person for room, event, dinning, and spa reservations based at our spectacular Bishopstrow Hotel and Spa Provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel and spa knowledge of all we have to offer so you can help our guests Working a variety of weekend and week day shifts you will be the personality our guests experience when planning their stay with us Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries and resolving issues Take care of the finer detail with check ins, check outs, preparing bills and taking payments Sharing your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too Be guided by our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offers
