We're Specifi

Specifi is the business operating system for AV integrators. From quoting and project management to SEO, customer portals, and marketing automation, we help integrators grow faster, look sharper, and run smarter businesses.

We're growing fast across the UK, Ireland, the US, Australia, and Canada. As our customer base expands, so does our need for strong execution on the marketing side. We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of campaigns, content, and dealer-focused marketing through our white-label service, Amplifi.

This is a full-time role based in our Bangor office. After a successful probation period, the role becomes hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

The Role

You'll be a key part of our marketing team, focused on execution and delivery. From social media scheduling and email campaigns to landing page updates, light SEO, and content creation — you'll be the person who turns plans into action.

You'll also support the Amplifi programme, helping us deliver consistent, white-labeled marketing content for our dealer network. This might include uploading blog content, preparing email campaigns, managing social posts, and supporting the marketing manager with dealer communications.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating email campaigns, social media posts, and content uploads
  • Supporting Amplifi deliverables for dealers (e.g. blog content, scheduled posts, campaign assets)
  • Writing and editing short-form content (emails, social captions, blog snippets)
  • Maintaining marketing calendars and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Updating websites and landing pages (no coding required)
  • Managing campaign workflows across Zoho, Make, and other tools
  • Preparing simple reports or campaign performance summaries
  • Supporting events, trade shows, and outbound campaigns when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordinator role
  • Solid working knowledge of email platforms, social scheduling tools, and CMS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to write clean, concise content for web, email, and social
  • Comfortable using tools like Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or similar
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Clear communicator who's comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment

Why Join Specifi?

  • Join a fast-moving SaaS company with global reach and big ambition
  • Work on real campaigns, real content, and projects that actually get used
  • Be part of a close-knit, creative team with autonomy and support
  • Private medical cover, performance coaching, and personal development budget
