Responsibilities:

As a House Parent:

· Create a supportive and inclusive living environment within the boarding house.

· Supervise and mentor students outside of school hours, fostering personal growth and well-being.

· Participate in extracurricular activities, outings, and events.

· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safety and welfare of all students.

· Serve as a role model and advocate for the school's values and ethos.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Science, or related field (preferred).

· Experience working with adolescents in an educational or residential setting.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

· Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.

Hours of work:

37 weeks per year: (term time only) + 3 weeks (half terms - leading trips around the world!)+ 1 week
