Job Description :

A charity based practice located in NW London, are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care for our animal patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal welfare and possess the necessary skills to assist in routine veterinary procedures.

Full or Part time working patterns considered.

Full time is 9 – 5 – no more than 35 hours a week

1:7 OOH’s but additional pay as overtime

Weekends on a rota but also optional

Competitive salary up to £35K

CPD fully funded and encouraged

Main Responsibilities:- Assisting veterinary surgeons during consultations and surgical procedures- Monitoring and caring for animals post-surgery- Conducting laboratory tests such as blood work and urinalysis- Administering medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary team- Providing compassionate care and handling of animals- Maintaining accurate records of patient treatments and progress
