Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic After School Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals, planning and implementing fun and engaging activities, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for children after school hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of after-school professionals.
• Develop, plan, and implement fun and educational activities for children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program.
• Collaborate with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on all aspects of the program.

Requirements:

• A Level 5 qualification in childcare/play work or working towards one.
• Previous experience working with children in an after-school setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
• Passion for working with children and creating fun and engaging activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
