Our expectation at this time is you would work from our office located at 60 Fenchurch Street on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. Job Overview

The Sr Manager of EMEA Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and support sales objectives across Europe. This new role will establish focused, impactful marketing campaigns and programs efforts at a country-based level to accelerate growth.

This role requires a marketer who is a natural collaborator and excellent communicator with proven B2B marketing experience in the EMEA region. This individual will have a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, and a willingness to find resourceful, pragmatic programs to help drive growth in Notified’s European business.

This position is based in London and will oversee a small regional marketing team in Europe. The role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of Notified, with a strong dotted line relationship to the Vice President Sales, Europe & Emerging Markets. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a practical country-by-country marketing strategy for the EMEA region to elevate Notified’s awareness and preference, while driving marketing-led growth through lead generation efforts in key markets.
• In partnership with EMEA Sales VP and CMO, identify and prioritize key markets and segments to target, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Manage country-level marketing resources, including budget and agency oversight as necessary.
• Working closely with the global Growth Marketing team, oversee the localization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
• Oversee regional brand efforts, including brand marketing, event management and localized brand campaigns and creative executions.
• Lead and develop a new regional marketing team. Establish key standards and expectations, with an emphasis on data-driven outcomes.
• Build a shared accountability model for marketing and sales across the region, ensuring alignment of the team and resources with Notified’s sales and commercial goals of the region.
• Identify and build strategic EMEA-based partnerships and alliances that enhance market reach and drive business growth.
• Manage relationships with regional agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in managing a team of professionals in the EMEA region.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a complex, global organization.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural differences, and business practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing automation tools.
