About Acumen:Acumen is a leading claims management specialist based in Nottinghamshire. We specialise in providing innovative solutions to the property insurance industry, ensuring efficient and effective claims processing.

Role Overview:We are seeking a bright, energetic, and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms. The primary goal is to increase awareness and understanding of Acumen's innovative model within the property insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote Acumen's services and enhance brand visibility.
• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or similar relevant experience in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the property insurance or claims management/insurance industry.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
