We are looking for a reliable and proactive Weekend Production Operative to ensure that outgoing products are accurately processed, external and internal requirements are met, before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible, packing, labelling, filling our products with a very high level of attention to detail. Actively involved with fulfilling all our internal/external business needs. The expected hours are to be between 8:30AM and 17:30PM.

Customer delight is key with this role and the ideal candidate will be passionate about supplying a very high standard. A reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle. The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business and team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Ensure that all products are filled, labelled, batch coded, picked/packed accurately ready for distribution to the Warehouse team.
  • Routine cycle counts and full stock count.
  • Adhere to the waste and packaging directives.
  • Assure that pre-picked/packed products are suitable for despatch.
  • Report customer order issues to the Line Manager.
  • Report faulty/ inaccurate hardware to Line Manager.
  • Install energy, 100% concentration and commitment to the role.
  • Flexibility during quieter / busier periods within our Production and Fulfilment teams.
  • Adhere to goods/in out SOPS, analysis and maintain accuracy.
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for process improvements.
  • Report non-conformances to the line Manager.
  • Adhere to the return process / report.
  • Other business duties as requested by Line Manager.

  • Proven reliability experience
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of displayed data
  • A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Flexibility - (Cross training)
