Job Responsibility:
Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Call Centre Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist Duties.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls
- Answering any customer questions and providing high levels of customer service
Requirements:
We are ideally looking for applicants who have a solid background in customer services. Experience of working in Call Centre environments would be extremely useful, however, full training is provided, so if you don't have this but do have exception communication skills and a history of strong customer service experience, we would still welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsive Customer Care: As a Patient Service Representative your primary role will be to answer incoming calls from customers promptly with some face to face interactions. You'll provide assistance and information with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Efficient Problem Solver: Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests with agility, aiming to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to leave patients satisfied.
3. Accurate Records: Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
4. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies when interacting with patients. Uphold the highest standards of service.
5. Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring swift resolution for patients.
6. Product Expertise: Be well-versed in our company's products and services. Provide patients with comprehensive information and guidance.
7. Efficient Processing: Handle various patient requests, from processing orders and forms to applications. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
8. Stay Informed: Keep your knowledge up-to-date regarding our company's products, services, and policies.

Hours ; Minimum 32 to 39, Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 6, Fridays 8.30 to 5.
