Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves providing essential support to individuals in a care home setting.

Duties:

– Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation- Follow care plans and ensure residents’ needs are met- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Keep accurate records of residents’ care and activities- Help residents with mobility and transportation needs

Requirements:

– Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred- Ability to drive to assist with transportation needs- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and colleagues- Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping purposes- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with residents and staff
