Requirements of the Landscape Construction Team Leader

  • Soft landscape installation experience, ideally with fencing and irrigation works also.
  • Ability to read landscape construction plans and set out projects accordingly.
  • Experience of motivating and managing a successful team.
  • Driver’s licence, CSCS card and ideally SSSTS/SMSTS.

Responsibilities of the Landscape Construction Team Leader

  • Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for delivering commercial soft landscaping schemes.
  • Working closely with your team you will ensure they are motivated, organised and managed to produce great projects to the highest standards.
  • You and your team will complete turfing, general planting, tree installations and other associated works.
  • You will direct and supervise, ensuring compliance with site specific policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,100.00 per year
