Job Description :

Overview: Are you interested in completing a Level 3 CIPS course? The main purpose of this position is to administer customer contracts at National, Regional or Trust level for Fresenius Kabi/Calea. The successful candidate will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Apprenticeship CIPS course. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week Monday – Friday and is based in Runcorn. Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. The company’s products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients. Our product portfolio included a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products. Responsibilities:

  • Apply for tenders advertised if relevant to the therapy areas of Fresenius Kabi/Calea
  • Circulate tender documents and requests for quotations to relevant departments for price and technical input
  • Arrange conference call/tender meetings to ensure roles and responses are allocated to relevant member and agree deadlines
  • Complete standard sections of tender documents, collate responses from tender team members and send/publish final tender response to buyer
  • Inform all tender team members of the outcome and request tender debrief
  • Prepare and send quotations, price confirmations and letters to the customer on behalf of the Sales team
  • Maintain all contract/agreement prices on the computer pricing system (SAP)
  • Prepare and distribute electronic contract expiry reports to sales teams, monitor compliance and adjust prices accordingly
  • Respond to pricing queries placed by internal and external customers, checking query against contract commitments

Qualifications:

  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Packages and the internet
  • Analytical and numerate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely by telephone and in person
