We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workplace Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Workplace Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing workplace projects from inception to completion. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative workplace strategies.

About You

We are looking for a Workplace Project Manager with a unique set of skills and qualities that enable them to effectively lead and execute projects within the workplace. Firstly, they must have exceptional organisational and time management skills, allowing them to prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines. Secondly, they are excellent communicators, capable of clearly articulating project requirements, providing status updates, and addressing any challenges or concerns. You will require strong leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve their best work. Additionally, you will require knowledge in project management methodologies and tools, utilising them to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. Finally, you must have a solid understanding of workplace design principles, ensuring that projects align with the organisation’s goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Additional Information

  • 36 Hours a Week, Monday to Friday
  • The job holder will be required to work flexibly, involving weekend and evening work.
  • Fixed Term Contract
