Role Overview:

As our Full-Time Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and reports on their account status.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to help clients maximise the use of our platform.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and improvement.
