We are now looking for an experienced and passionate research leader who can deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support our strategic and operational decisions.
We are looking for a Head of Research and Insight to join our Strategy and Change Directorate and lead a team of researchers and analysts who provide evidence-based products and services to various internal and external stakeholders.
You will oversee the design, execution, and delivery of research projects, surveys, reports, dashboards, and presentations that address the needs and challenges of senior leadership, communities, partners, and internal teams.
You will also be a key officer of the council’s Health Determinants Research Collaboration, leading workstreams and working closely with academic and community partners to establish a culture of continuous learning, based on research and insight.
Leadership in Ealing Council comes in many diverse forms, and we look beyond traditional job titles, socioeconomic privilege, or educational prestige, to understand lived experiences and connection with our communities. For this reason, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. This includes candidates who have previously found it hard to be considered for other positions based on their qualifications, disabilities, personal background or life events.
The successful candidate will be part of a talented directorate of top quality multi-disciplinary professionals and will be joining an organisation with an appetite for innovation and continuous improvement.
