ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Guest Service Operator you will have a key position in handling general enquiries and the booking experience of our guests across the Bamford Collection. You will support our customers through the booking process and ensure they receive a high quality personalised service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all inbound calls and emails are answered, processed and followed up in line with SLAs
• Champion swift, efficient , knowledgeable and engaging service in all interactions
• Be competent in using all platforms and systems used across the Guest Services team
• Complete the physical dispatch of gift cards

• Strong Attention to Detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work calmly under high pressure situations
• Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
• Customer service experience
